How it works
Full explanation01
We watch official filings nightly
Every night we check public Notices of Intent under California’s Construction General Permit — the stormwater filing for construction that disturbs one acre or more. That filing is the data source. The list you get is the new jobs.
02
You get a Monday list
Monday at 7:00 a.m. Pacific: site address, county, disturbed acres, planned start, operator, and a contact. Each field is marked From the filing or Found by us.
03
You call before the vendor search is over
Portable toilets, equipment rental, roll-off dumpsters, temporary fencing, erosion and sediment control, street sweeping, and SWPPP inspection. The job is still lining people up.

Built for the vendors a jobsite calls first
Portable toilets
A job that just filed is still deciding where the units go. The Monday list is the address, the acreage, the planned start, and — on the paid plan — who to call, before the superintendent already has a vendor.
Equipment rental
Lifts, compactors, light towers, skid steers. The useful call is the one you make while the schedule is still being built, with an address and a planned start in front of you.
Roll-off dumpsters
New starts need boxes for clearing. Jobs that just filed a notice of termination often need a final haul or a box pulled. The paid Monday file has both.
Temporary fencing
Fence goes up before the public can walk the pad. Planned start is the date that matters, and the filing is often the first public record that the job is real.
Erosion and sediment control
These filings exist because the project disturbs at least an acre and needs permit coverage. That is the same moment silt fence, wattles, inlet protection, tracking control, and hydroseed get bought.
Street sweeping
Track-out starts when grading starts. A county's new filings for the week are a route: addresses, planned starts, and a reason to call before the inspector writes the street up.
SWPPP inspectors
A Notice of Intent is the start of permit coverage. Inspectors need the site, the risk level, the acres, and the operator. We send the public filing. We are not the Water Board, and we do not file the SWPPP.
